Styla Editor

The Styla Editor is where you can control how your store looks like, create landing pages and configure certain aspects of your store.  It is available in the following address: editor.styla.eu.

It is NOT the place to manage your product catalog, your orders or access to the sales and marketing reports.  For this, you will still use the BigCommerce Control Panel.

If you have used other web content management systems, the layout for the Styla Editor will look and feel familiar.  It's designed having the content creation process in mind, this is why you will land in the content section right after logging in.

Main navigation

You will find the main navigation of the Editor in the top area of the screen.  

From there, you will have access to the main features of our application:

• Pages
  Find all landing pages created using the Editor.  This section does not include the product detail pages nor the category pages that are managed via BigCommerce.
  
  
• Campaigns
  Here you'll get access to the campaign content that you create, and the campaign slots.  Remember that Slots are the places where you can insert the campaign content.  
  
  
• Reports
  This area gives you access to several tools to measure the performance of your Store.
  
  
• Settings icon
  This icon will give you access to: 
  
  
  • Design and styling option of your Store
    
    
    • Themes selection
      From this option, you can select the global styling theme that will be applied to your Storefront.
      
      
    • Theme customization
      Here you will find additional styling options to further customize the styling of your Storefront.
  • Layout standards
    Find the templates that conform the product, category and content pages of your Storefront.  
    
    
    • Header & Footer
      This is the master template of your site.  The modules that this template contains, will be rendered across the whole site.
      
      
    • Products
      This is where you can control the layout of all your product detail pages.  Please, note that this layout will inherit any modules contained in the Header & Footer template.
      
      
    • Categories
      This is where you can control the layout of all your category pages.  Please, note that this layout will inherit any modules contained in the Header & Footer template.
      
      
  • System Setup
    
    
    • Redirects
      A 301 Redirect is the most efficient and SEO-friendly way of permanently redirecting an old URL to a new one. You'll be able to create 301 redirects for your Store from this option.
      
      
• Bell icon
  It will display a red dot, whenever there are system notifications.
  
  
• Help icon
  Takes you to the Help Center.
  
  
• Username icon
  Displays your username, your email and your role.  It contains the Store switcher and the link to your preview domain.
