To achieve that only one panel can be opened at once, you need to enable the Switch in the Settings Tab:

Editing the module

Content Tab

While editing the module, you'll find these elements in the Content Tab: 

• Panels
  • Headline
  • Content
• Custom Collapsed Icon
• Custom Expanded Icon

Note: The custom icons will only be applied, if both are configured

Settings Tab

In the Settings Tab, you can dis-/enable the switch for Single Panel Expansion

In Advanced Tab you have the ability to change 

• Panel Border Color 
• Headline Font-Format
• Background- and Text-Colors
